Germany, Berlin –> Russia, Moscow

The train to Moscow was supposed to leave at 4:23 a.m. When it finally turned up shortly after 5, I moved into my cozy little 3-person compartment, which luckily I had all to myself. After a short nap I woke up just in time to snap a picture of Warsaw:

I quickly made friends with the conductor of my carriage. While the train was being switched to the Russian track gauge in Brest (Belarus), we went to a bar nearby and toasted our new friendship with – what else – vodka (at lunchtime). ;-)
